This insurance: | ||
- is personal and for this reason it is valid only if at the moment of the accident covered by this insurance the object still belongs to the purchaser and is possessed by him/her and/or his/her cohabiting relatives:
- includes events happening all around the World;
- is not valid in the following cases:
1. if it is issued to a person younger than 15 years of age
2. If it is issued to someone who has already notified to a previous event covered by a similar insurance for a jewel bought from
3. In case of purposely false and fraudulent requests of the purchaser or facilitated by fraud or great fault of the purchaser
- it does not cover loss, accidental or partial damage of the jewel, even if caused in an attempt of theft, robbery, bag snatching or by fire;
- it does not cover damages caused by nuclear explosions, radioactive pollution, tornados, hurricanes, storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, inundations, floods and other natural calamities, actions of war, even if civil, invasions, hostilities (with or without declaration of war), organized sabotage, revolt, insurrection, exertion of usurped power, confiscations, requisitions, destructions or damaging caused by the order of a Govern or Authority, unless the purchaser proves that the event had no relation with the above occurrences.
