It's sufficient to send an e-mail message to return@gioie.it specifying the order number and the item that you want to return and within 48 hours you will receive the authorization to return with the instructions on how to proceed.
As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund the net price that you paid for the item minus 10% of the value for restocking fees, and possible return rates if you used our subscribed carrier by carriage forward. On the contrary, we will refund the total charges if return is caused by our mistake.
If, for any reason, you want to replace the goods you received with others, it's sufficient, always within 30 days from the receipt if in Italy, 60 days if abroad, to send an email message to return@gioie.it specifying the items you want to send back and the ones you want to receive as replacement; the same criteria of the total return will be applied and within 48 hours you will receive the authorization to return with the instructions on how to proceed. If the item in replacement costs more or less than the one you have already paid, you will be charged or refunded for the difference.
